This covers virgo-digital.com, the website of Virgo Digital LLC. It explains what we collect when you visit or contact us, why, and how to get it removed. Cooklook has its own privacy policy.

Who we are

Virgo Digital LLC is a software studio based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. If you have a question about your information, email the address above.

What we collect

What you send through the contact form. Your name, your email address, your organization if you give one, which kind of project fits best, what you tell us about it, your budget range, and your timeline if you choose one.

A little technical detail with that form. When you submit it, we also record your browser's user agent, which is the line of text a browser sends to identify its type and version. It helps us spot spam and fix bugs.

Emails and calls. If you email us or book a call, we keep that correspondence.

Visits, in aggregate. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not follow you across other sites.

That is all of it. This site does not set cookies, does not run ads, and does not use advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to understand what you are asking for, and to keep a record of the projects we discuss. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Who else handles it

Supabase stores contact form submissions in our database.

Resend delivers the notification email that tells us a form was submitted.

Google provides the mailbox where our email lives.

Cloudflare hosts the site and provides the analytics described above.

Each of them handles information on our behalf. If this list changes, this page changes with it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as we are talking with you, and afterward as part of our business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email the address above. We will not charge you, and we will reply within 30 days.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, the legal basis for handling your inquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to it, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Children

This site is for businesses and organizations. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.
