Scope
A fixed-fee planning phase that ends with a written plan: what gets built, how, how long it takes, and what it costs. The plan is yours to keep. If you hire us for the build, the full fee comes off the price.

Design
We map out how people will move through the product and design the screens. You approve them before any code is written, so changes are cheap while they're still drawings.

Common questions
- How much does a project cost?
- It depends on what you're building. The scope ends with a price for the build, so you know the number before you commit to anything.
- How long does it take?
- That depends on scope too. The written plan includes a timeline, and we'll tell you up front if your deadline isn't realistic.
- Who owns the finished product?
- You do, once it's paid for. The code, the domain, the hosting, and the App Store listing are all in your name. Nothing is held hostage.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. If we use a technical term, we'll tell you what it means for you. You don't need a developer on staff to work with us.
- I already have a site or app. Can you work with it?
- Yes. We can redesign it, add features, or connect it to the tools you already use. If you're not sure what it needs, an audit is a good place to start.
- Do you only work with Michigan clients?
- No. We're based in Michigan and work with teams anywhere. Everything runs over calls, shared previews, and email.
